PART 01 Data
The glory shown in a set of data
Every data was an important milestone in YASC’s development history, and witnessed the company’s key step in the silicon carbide field.

CNY 3.8 billion
YASC announced in June the completion of a more than CNY 3.8 billion Series A equity financing, the largest third-generation semiconductor private equity financing in China, breaking the record for the single-largest fundraising in the semiconductor private equity investment market since 2023.
CNY 2.4 billion
YASC received a CNY 2.4 billion syndicated loan in Wuhan, and forged long-term strategic partnerships with several large state-owned banks.
CNY 20 billion
YASC and the Wuhan East Lake Hi-tech Development Zone signed a cooperation agreement on the third-generation semiconductor power device research, development and production base project, with a total investment expected to exceed CNY 20 billion.
CNY 5 billion+
The net asset of YASC continuously expanded, and nowadays exceeded CNY 5 billion. The strength of the enterprise was gradually strengthened.
850+ employees
The workforce of YASC exceeded 850 employees, and the team continued to grow.
40+ shareholders
The number of YASC shareholders exceeded 40, profoundly reflecting high recognition of YASC’s core strength, market position, growth potential and value creation in the capital market.
500+ VIP visits
This year, YASC welcomed more than 500 government leaders for visits and guidance. They encouraged the company to grow big and strong and further consolidated its industry leadership.
3.4mΩ·mm2 specific on-resistance
YASC has the 1200V Gen3 SiC MOSFET design and process platform with complete independent intellectual property rights. The 15mohm product already reaches 3.4mΩ·mm2 specific on-resistance (Ron, sp), an internationally advanced level.
Traction SiC MOSFET wafer yield rate reaches 80%
The yield rate of YASC’s 15mohm products based on the 1200V Gen3 SiC MOSFET platform already reaches 80%, a leading level in the industry.
The 1st own product enters trial production
YASC’s first self-developed product 1200V 20A SiC SBD entered the trial production stage in December, marking that the company has already had independent SiC product research, development and mass production capabilities.
Up to now, YASC has 124 patent applications, 71 granted patents and 14 major projects (8 national and provincial ones, 6 municipal ones).

YASC Holds First “Shape the Future” Strategy Press Conference
YASC on May 22 held its first strategy press conference, with the theme of “Shape the Future”, and clearly put forward the “All in SiC — a golden track in one decade” development strategy that YASC is committed to becoming “a leading wide bandgap semiconductor company in the world”.
YASC Succeeds in IDM Business Model Transformation
The Sample A in YASC’s SiC strategic project (KO) reached the expected design target in July 2023, marking that the company has the independent automotive-grade SiC MOSFET research and development capabilities and succeeded in the business transformation from “Foundry” to “IDM”.
Wuhan Base Launched Officially
The groundbreaking ceremony of Wuhan Base was successfully held on September 1. The base can produce 360,000 SiC MOSFET wafers a year. In the construction scheduled to be completed in 2025, YASC will build a fully intelligent world-class benchmark SiC device manufacturing factory. Wuhan Base will become the largest SiC power semiconductor manufacturing base in China.

YASC and Chery Automobile Establish Automotive Chip Joint Laboratory
YASC and Chery Automobile successfully signed a strategic cooperation agreement on Automotive Chip Joint Laboratory on October 20, fueling the development of the Chinese automotive-grade chip industry.

CONCEPT
In view of the high electrical requirements of NEV traction inverters for chips, YASC developed and optimized the automotive-grade reliability process capability, and made key breakthroughs.
YASC successfully developed and possessed the sintering silver process capability
YASC completed development of several products in new package forms, such as TOLL, T-PAK, HPD and DCM.

Improving process system, enhancing operation management capabilities
In 2023, YASC continuously improved the process system, further improved the company’s operation management capabilities, and moved steadily in the market-oriented, large-scale direction.
The Business Operating System (BOS) building project was launched on August 28
Digital transformation planning was initially completed, and going digital started at all business departments.
The Full-Auto MES system development was officially launched.
