Compared with silicon-based devices, SiC power devices with high-speed switching and low loss will also have larger development space in various fields.
Moreover, SiC devices can work in harsh environments such as high temperature and high pressure, and contribute to an extended lifespan of PV equipment. In view of the excellent performance, the application of SiC devices in the PV field will gradually mature and the penetration rate will further increase.

Block Diagram

The main function of PV inverters is to convert direct current (DC) power generated by a solar battery component into alternating current (AC) power that can be fed into an electrical grid or used by loads. The PV inverter mainly includes a BOOST circuit and a DC/AC inverter circuit.
