Power Module Smart Module TO-Can

A power module provides a physical assembly for multiple power components, usually power semiconductor devices. These power semiconductors (so-called dies) are typically soldered or sintered to the power electronic substrate carrying the power semiconductors, providing electrical and thermal contact and electrical insulation when required.

A smart module is the execution unit and control end of the smart home platform. The smart module and smart central control are an organic whole. Various smart modules are connected to the smart central controller in wired or wireless means, receive centralized control instructions from the central controller. The smart module and the central controller form the whole smart home system platform.
