We fully recognize that the environment is fundamental to our existence, and we will consciously abide by environmental protection laws and regulations so that environmental awareness will be deeply rooted in people’s hearts and gradually become spontaneity; control the pollution of wastewater, waste, toxic and hazardous substances and noise in activities, products and production processes to the environment, and pursue the goal of energy saving, consumption reduction and low pollution; take corresponding measures for possible pollution sources, implement prior control, prevent pollution from occurring, and strive to achieve continuous improvement and minimize the pollution by controlling annual target indicators and environmental management programs; at the same time, meet customers' requirements for hazardous substances, comply with laws and regulations to control hazardous substances, and follow the path of sustainable development.

01 Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Put safety first, place emphasis on prevention, respect laws and norms, be people-centered, take a holistic approach, continuously improve

Put safety first: Put safety in production at the foreground, and effectively protect the life safety and physical health of workers. To put safety first is a natural requirement for implementing the people-centered Scientific Outlook on Development and building a harmonious socialist society.

Place emphasis on prevention: Improve workplace safety at an early stage, take precautions in advance, establish a progressive and three-dimensional prevention system for potential dangers that could cause accidents, characterized by pre-education, prediction, anticipation, forecast, early warning and prevention, improve safety conditions and prevent safety accidents. Build a safety culture, improve the legal system for safety, enhance the safety technology level, implement safety responsibilities, increase safety investment, and thus consolidate a solid line of defense for safety.

Respect laws and norms: Personnel at all levels must abide by laws and regulations, emphasize and implement safety procedures and various safety management systems. To care about and love life, we must  strictly follow regulations. We must put the regulations above all else, and never let up implementing the regulations.

Be people-centered: We must be human life-centered as nothing is more valuable than the life of employees. We must be people-centered in workplace safety.

Take a holistic approach: Consciously follow the laws of workplace safety, face up to the long-term, difficult and complex nature of workplace safety, focus on major issues and key links in workplace safety, comprehensively use various methods and approaches, adopt a multi-pronged approach of human management, rule of law and technical prevention, and give full play to the supervisory role of society, employees and public opinion, and effectively solve problems in workplace safety.

Continuously improve: Regularly identify hazard sources, conduct risk assessments, and revise corresponding control measures, regularly review and update workplace safety regulations and operating procedures in the organization, and promptly revise and improve the emergency rescue plan to adapt to workplace safety requirements under the new circumstances.
