YASC and Tencent Cloud recently signed a cooperation framework agreement in Wuhu City, Anhui Province. The companies will leverage their respective technology and resource advantages, collaborate on enterprise collaborative office and digital, intelligent development of third-generation semiconductors, jointly build an enterprise-grade collaborative office platform, and achieve all-round quality and efficiency enhancement.

As a cloud computing brand built by Tencent Group, Tencent Cloud creates a wealth of industry solutions with its excellent technology capabilities based on the world’s leading technology products and services, including cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence (AI), and facilitates digital upgrading across industries. In this partnership, the companies will jointly create an enterprise collaborative office platform, and help YASC build a safe, efficient and convenient collaboration and sharing platform, centered on the objectives of building a collaborative office foundation, improving enterprise collaboration and cooperation capabilities, and enhancing the dynamism of the enterprise’s innovation.

In building a enterprise collaborative office foundation, YASC will adopt Tencent Cloud’s zero-trust access management and Tencent WeCom security gateway services as the security guarantee mechanism, achieve secure access management of all YASC office devices, so as to ensure all business systems being accessed securely and the security of employees’ remote access.

In enhancing enterprise collaboration and cooperation capabilities, the parties will also build a digital, intelligent and scenario-rich application ecosystem based on Tencent Cloud’s SaaS subscription-based products including Tencent Meeting and Tencent WeCom to improve internal collaboration and cooperation capabilities, and promote information sharing and business collaboration.

Moreover, in digital and intelligent development of third-generation semiconductors, YASC will also conduct in-depth exploration and cooperation in partnership with Tencent Cloud, including fully improving business operation quality and efficiency based on Tencent Cloud’s rich digital toolkit, including enterprise-grade distributed database TDSQL, artificial intelligence, private cloud and cloud-based EDA.

This cooperation opens a new chapter of in-depth partnerships between YASC and Tencent Cloud, and also means that YASC has kicked into high gear in digital, intelligent transformation and upgrading.
