Anhui Quality Brand Demonstration Enterprises are excellent enterprises of domestic brands fostered and recognized in Anhui Province to thoroughly implement the spirit of various documents issued by the Anhui CPC Provincial Committee and Provincial Government including the Guidelines for Boosting Anhui Province’s Strength in Quality and the Opinions on Vigorously Developing Ten Emerging Industries and Building Emerging Industries Clusters with Important Influence and play the leading role of brands in boosting the province’s strength in quality and driving high-quality coordinated development of three industries. These enterprises are innovation-driven, and feature excellent quality, superior services and solid reputation.

After the selection process of voluntary application by enterprises, recommendation and qualification review by city (county) administrations for market supervision, and comprehensive evaluation by experts, the 2023 Anhui Quality Brand Demonstration Enterprises in the list were finally selected. The successful inclusion of YASC in the list fully highlights the company’s high brand awareness and reputation in the high-end manufacturing industry and market represented by third-generation semiconductors, and reflects the company’s comprehensive strength.

2023 was an important year for YASC to enhance its brand influence and image in the market. YASC completed a more than CNY 3.8 billion series A equity financing in June, the largest third-generation semiconductor private equity financing in China. Wuhan Base with a total investment of nearly CNY 20 billion was officially launched in September; after completion, it will become a fully intelligent world-class benchmark SiC device manufacturing factory, and the largest SiC power semiconductor manufacturing base in China. YASC’s first self-developed product 1200V 20A SiC SBD entered the trial production stage in December, marking that the company has already had independent SiC product research, development and mass production capabilities and grown into a new-generation independent brand.
