The acceptance meeting of YASC Business Operating System (BOS) Building Project was successfully held on May 21. The project was completed by YASC in collaboration with EY Consulting. The comprehensive enterprise-grade business operating system (BOS), fully built in 268 days, organically links YASC’s various core business segments through standardized and systematic processes, and significantly improves the efficiency of cross-departmental collaborative operation.

Chen Zhongguo, President of YASC, pointed out in his remarks at this meeting that the semiconductor industrial chain is a very large and complex system that requires highly refined and systematic division of labor. A set of standardized processes and systems are crucial to the survival and development of semiconductor enterprises. Especially for Chinese semiconductor players, they need a set of mature rules and systems to support the companies’ high-speed development on the path of corner overtaking. This BOS project is like an enterprise cornerstone for YASC, as it enables us to have rules to follow and evidence to rely on in the future development, and guarantees the company to advance steadily in the ever-changing business scenario.

The EY project team has witnessed YASC employees’ entrepreneurial spirit of high efficiency, professionalism and hard work in the past nine months, said Sharry Wu, EY Greater China Consulting Business Transformation Leader. She believes, the BOS project is not only a “lighthouse” project in the development of YASC, but also a new starting point for the company’s high-standard, systematic operation. The company’s business operation and management efficiency will be constantly enhanced through the continuous optimization of the BOS system.

At the BOS project acceptance meeting, YASC also commended and awarded outstanding individuals and groups in the project, thanking them for their courage to break the conventions and take responsibility in the project, and for their remarkable contribution to BOS system building.

The project has come to an end, but the road of building and developing the YASC business operating system will continue. In the face of the increasingly complex semiconductor industry environment in the future, YASC will constantly optimize the process system and improve its operation management capabilities to shore up the rapid robust development of its business.
